The 89th Academy Awards ceremony will honor the best movie of the year 2016 which will occur at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California on February 26, 2017. Jimmy Kimmel will host the ceremony, which will air on Feb. 26, 2017. Nomination for the Oscar Awards was officially declared on 24th Jan, 2017 by directors Guillermo del Toro, Jason Reitman, Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs, actresses Brie Larson, Marcia Gay Harden, Glenn Close and Jennifer Hudson, and actors Terrence Howard, Ken Watanabe and Demian Bichir.
